Our approach
We aim to make our website usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvements. This is an accessibility goal, not a certification or claim that every page meets every criterion.
Features available
The site includes a skip-to-content link, labeled form fields, keyboard-operated navigation and FAQ controls, visible keyboard focus, image text alternatives and a pause control for the review carousel. Reduced-motion preferences are supported. You can zoom using your browser settings.

Call 718-717-1025. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the difficulty you encountered. You may include your browser or assistive technology if helpful; you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

Limitations and continued review
We have not completed an independent accessibility certification or comprehensive assistive-technology assessment. Third-party Google Maps and email applications are outside our direct control. If a feature prevents you from obtaining information or requesting service, please contact us so we can discuss an alternative.
