How soon can a technician arrive?
The usual estimate is 25–45 minutes, depending on your location, traffic, time of day and technician availability. Confirm the current estimate when you call.
How is the price determined?
The job, hardware, vehicle details and work required affect the cost. Describe your situation by phone and discuss the scope before service.
Do I need identification?
Have identification and proof of ownership or authorization ready, particularly for lockouts, vehicle keys and safe work.
How much does a car key or fob cost?
It depends on the vehicle and the key or fob. Our price is often up to 50% less than the dealership for the same job. Call with the make, model and year for a quote.
Can you replace a key fob without the original?
In some cases, yes. The vehicle and key system determine what is possible. Ownership verification is required.
Can you work on the lock or vehicle brand I have?
Call with the model and any part information. Brand alone does not establish compatibility.
Where should I send a non-urgent inquiry?
